Returns & Exchanges

Given the nature of my business, all items should be considered non-refundable. However, I understand that sometimes things happen, so please contact me if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason.

If for some reason an item is returned to me, it must be in the same condition as when sent. Shipping and handling charges will be the responsibility of the customer. I insure every package upon shipping, therefore once a package leaves my hands, I cannot be held responsible for late or missing packages, custom fees, or any taxes incurred. I keep a record of the date and time packages are sent for tracking purposes.

Shipping & Insurance

Once a package has been dropped off at the post office, it is no longer my responsibility. All items are insured up to $100 CAD and have tracking numbers. I am not liable for items lost/damaged/delayed during shipping. You will be provided with all tracking info so you can keep tabs on shipping progress. If there is an issue with shipping, please contact me. I will also do my best to update you if there are any delays or issues with shipping.

Custom & Personalized Orders

While I accept some custom orders, this really depends on how busy I am at a given point in time. If you are interested in a custom piece, please contact me via Instagram or my contact page.

How can I find out my ring size?

The most accurate way to figure out your ring size is to stop by any local jeweler and ask them to measure your finger(s). You can also bring a ring that fits well and have the jeweler measure it. This works well if you are buying a ring for someone else.

Can I get a ring resized?

Unfortunately, no. I cannot resize rings. Please check and recheck the sizing on my website with your own sizing before purchasing.

Can I reserve a piece I saw on Instagram?

If you would like to reserve a piece you see on Instagram, please send me a message either through Instagram or via my contact page. Reservations can be made on a first come, first serve basis. Once a piece has been reserved for you, you can purchase it within 24 hours or forego your reservation.

Care Instructions

Take care while wearing your pieces as natural stones can be delicate. To prolong the life of your piece, remove it while doing any activities which may scratch or damage your piece, such as hiking, rock climbing, mountain biking, swimming, etc.

To clean your jewelry, use a clean, soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently remove dirt, oils, and fingerprints. Avoid using any chemicals as they may damage the stone and remove the patina that I add to all my pieces.
